Reporting to the Kitchen Chef, the dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of the kitchen by washing dishes, cooking utensils and keeping the various work areas clean.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Washing, rinsing and disinfecting dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure cleanliness and quality of washed items.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work surfaces and storage areas.
- Clean floors, walls and equipment according to established hygiene standards.
- Collect, sort and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
- Ensure recycling of recyclable materials according to hotel policies.
- Follow hygiene and food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Report any failures or problems with diving equipment and cooperate with the technical team for repairs and maintenance.
- Any other related tasks to ensure the quality of the department's service

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality and hygiene standards.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities.
- Team player and good communication skills to collaborate with other kitchen staff.

**Languages**:**French proficiency is required. Any other spoken languages are an asset.
