We are looking for a problem-solver with exceptionally good phone skills and above average customer service We want someone that’s got a great personality - able to engage with all sorts of people on the phone and over the counter.

It helps if you can get into it. It also makes the week more fun too

We have a great dynamic team, with tons of expertise between them (and life lessons too) We got each other’s back We are always helping each other out. We work hard - sometimes even sweat (But we’ll buy ice cream and ice caps in the summer - so it’s ok) We believe in getting the work done, but also like to have fun too

Whomever joins our team, will have to be able to motivate themselves. The manager does pretty good job at it, but they can’t be everywhere at once - so you should be able to pick yourself up. But don’t worry - you’ll be trained and coached and given all the tools and support needed to succeed We believe in our employees and truly believe that they are our best asset **We are a people first kind of place**

Your compensation will be based on your experience, whether you’ve worked in the automotive industry or have a proven track record in a Client Service/Management/Sales position. The salary in this ad is just a starting point. We want to see you make more money **We also offer benefits to our employees, because a healthy employee - is a productive one**
