We are hiring **Shop Foreman Fitter Fabricators** for our **Niagara Falls**-based company which provides integrated **engineering**, technical, and manufacturing experiences to deliver proven solutions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, or specifications to fabricate or assemble components according to the design requirements.
- Using tools such as saws, shears, or cutting torches to cut and shape materials, such as metal, plastic, or wood, according to the project requirements.
- Utilizing welding equipment and techniques to join or fabricate metal parts, including MIG, TIG, or arc welding, to assemble components or structures.
- Assembling fabricated parts or structures by fitting, aligning, and securing parts using various methods such as bolting, riveting, welding, or adhesives.
- Taking precise measurements, using tools such as rulers, calipers, or micrometers to ensure accuracy in fabrication and assembly processes.
- Inspecting finished products or components to ensure they meet quality standards, including checking for defects, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintaining and performing routine checks on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and making necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Adhering to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety procedures.
- Working closely with engineers, designers, or other team members to understand project requirements and effectively communicate progress or any issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
- Being able to troubleshoot and find solutions for unexpected issues that may occur during the fabrication or assembly process, adapting to changing project requirements or constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Shop Supervisor or Supervisor
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and weld various components
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Good hand over MS office
