Job description:
**Sytec Manufacturing Ltd **is a leading sheet metal enclosure manufacturer located at 7815 - 127 Ave Edmonton, AB. We are seeking an individual to join our team for the permanent full-time dayshift position of _**Powder Paint & Surface Finish Lead**_.

This position consists of running the daily operations of our powder paint and surface finish department. Responsibilities include leadership of individuals in powder painting, electro-cleaning, and surface prep / graining. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position and powder coating experience is a requirement.
- Completing the daily production schedule
- Direct supervision of 3 to 6 individuals
- Continuous Improvement for all prep and finishing processes
- Quality control and validation
- Efficiency tracking and improvements
- Departmental training
- **Salary**:_ Negotiable depending upon relevant experiences. $24 to $30/hr.
- **Dayshift**:_ Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week
