**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Demonstrate expertise in painting intricate details, such as trim, moldings, and other architectural features, to enhance the overall aesthetic of custom homes
- Stay updated on emerging trends in interior design to offer innovative ideas for feature wall enhancements
- Specialize in the restoration of exterior surfaces, including but not limited to stucco, wood, brick, and siding
- Work within project budgets, optimizing resource utilization while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and additional services as needed
- Implement proper disposal and recycling methods for paint-related materials
- Address any touch-ups or corrections promptly to achieve customer satisfaction

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3 - 5 years of experience as a painting subcontractor or similar role
- Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and coatings
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for color accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations

**COMPENSATION**:

- Subcontract (per job) or Hourly Wage
- Work with a close-knit team of professionals that love what they do
