We are looking for a seasoned, multi-talented sales and marketing executive to drive our business to the next level.

Quartz Imaging is a stable business that was founded in 1993. Thousands of scientists, engineers and technologists in 40+ countries use Quartz software to research, invent, develop, create and improve their ideas and products. Our growing client base of more than 2,500 organizations includes most of the world’s major semiconductor and pharmaceutical companies and we continue to innovate and expand our product line.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Attract new clients, generate new business and close sales.
- Negotiate with enterprise clients and other clients.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to develop and maintain relationships and revenue streams over time.
- Travel to and exhibit at trade shows.
- Collaborate with the product team to align sales efforts with software product development and to align product development with customer feedback.
- Maintain pipeline, activity status, industry information and market conditions in our CRM system and report periodically to the other members of the management team.
**- Marketing Leadership**:

- Define and implement innovative marketing strategies to position our solutions in the market.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, content creation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing performance and to report periodically to the other members of the management team.
- Devise pricing and product licensing strategies.
**- Team Management**:

- Build culture of exemplary service to customers.
- Foster a collaborative culture that encourages creativity and excellence.
- Mentor team members and provide professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, business development and/or marketing leadership roles in technology organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle complex sales with long sales cycles.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results, while being able to wear multiple hats in a small organization.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with enterprise software sales or scientific software sales and experience in the semiconductor or pharmaceutical industries would be considered assets.

Pay: $100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
