**We have ONE part-time position available.**

**We are seeking a extremely friendly, outgoing and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Superstar. **As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

- **Being on time (or slightly early) is critical**:

- **Knowledge of food allergens/sensitivities is important**:

- **Ability to treat others with kindness, courtesy, respect and dignity**:

- **Being a self-starter**

Some nice-to-haves:

- Restaurant and or kitchen experience
- Willingness to learn
- Willing to get food handlers course. It is not a current requirement but a definite plus if you have it.
- Brainstorming unique weekly features with the team

**The basic requirements for the position are**:

- Answer customer inquiries and take their orders
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate customer orders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Being willing and able to jump in and help coworkers
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French or other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service is required

**We do work hard but we also have fun doing it and we support one another because it’s the right thing to do. It’s also just who we are and we take the welfare of our staff seriously.**

**Starting wage $17 plus daily tips and bonuses**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
