Cafe Brio's Executive Chef Sam Harris is looking for enthusiastic cooks to join the kitchen team.

We are seeking:

- one full-time cook with restaurant experience and/or combination of culinary schooling and work experience
- one part time cook

Cafe Brio is an iconic Victoria restaurant known for farm-to-table seasonal menus, house-made charcuterie, whole animal butchery, house-made ferments, pasta, and all-around creativity. We serve rustic fine dining, make almost everything in-house and change the menu weekly.

We also boast an amazing reputation of 25 years for great service, a stellar wine program, and local award-winning owners with a connection to the community.

What we offer
[ ] 4 days work week (Wednesday to Saturday)
[ ] Complimentary staff meal, snacks and refreshments
[ ] A learning kitchen under an award-winning chef
[ ] Training wage of $20 to $23 hourly based on skills and experience plus tips (additional $2.50 to $3 hourly)
[ ] Performance review after 90 days with opportunity for wage increase

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
