Bscn Tutor

This is a regular part-time support staff Bargaining Unit position reporting to the Associate VP, Student Success, working 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $24.34.

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Leads and oversees tutors working in the lab environment
- Assist Tutoring Services Specialist with planning and organizing lab sessions, new tutor training, and lab tutor scheduling
- Maintain communication with faculty to keep up-to-date on program/course expectations
- Maintain flow of communication with the Tutoring Services Specialist to recommend new initiatives and advise of any issues/concerns that arise in the lab environment
- Curates and creates resources to support PRAC, PSW, and BScN student

**Qualifications**:

- 3-year or 4-year post-secondary University degree or greater in Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Preferred up to 1 year experience in a tutorial or other work-related setting
