Project Co-ordinator

The Project Co-ordinator will assist project managers in the administration of contracts. Scope of this position includes the following:
- Setup projects on various software programs
- Organize project documentation
- Track time and tonnages for T&M Invoices; Assemble work summaries
- Send Invoices
- Track internal and external costs for projects
- Communicate with suppliers and clients as required
- Prepare project schedules
**Qualifications**:
- CET certification recommended
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high level attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
