**Bench Service Technician**

This position reports directly to the Branch Manager. The following summarizes some key elements of the role. As a Bench Service Technician, you will be part of a team-oriented group that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction which is vital to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and optical equipment
- Manage work orders and assign priority
- Clearly communicate with customers, estimate work, and advise of alternate options
- Document and record processes accurately
- Liaise with other service technicians, support staff, and field technicians
- Maintain tools and test equipment
- Help count and maintain inventory levels, and source nonstandard parts when needed
- Participate in training sessions and share information learned with other technicians
- Help maintain procedure manuals for testing components
- Participate in Health and Safety initiatives
- Other duties as assigned.

A Competitive Hourly Wage $25.00-$27.00 depending on experience.
