**Position Overview**:
As a Personal Training Manager, you will be the driving force behind our facility's success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the training and development of our fitness professionals, optimizing sales strategies, ensuring high client retention rates, and upholding exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism. This role is not just about management; it's about inspiring and leading a team to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Training and Development
- Craft comprehensive training programs that empower personal trainers to excel.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and convey this knowledge to your team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive guidance to enhance trainers skills.
- Ensure training is scheduled out on a bi weekly basis; training will include movement/functional based training and sales training through the CrunchONE Kick Off.
- Sales & Revenue
- Set ambitious sales targets and develop innovative strategies to achieve them. The Regional Manager will evaluate each goal with you to ensure the business needs are being met.
- Dive into sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, and leading your team to success.
- Your sales acumen will be key in maximizing personal training revenue, as well as your team.
- Retention
- Implement personalized strategies to ensure clients stay committed to their fitness journey.
- Actively address client concerns and provide solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Develop individualized fitness plans that cater to clients' unique goals and needs, ensuring that 30 day assessments are completed and a minimum of 50% retention is achieved.
- Key Performance Indicators
- Define clear KPIs for personal trainers and consistently evaluate their performance.
- Serve as a mentor, offering coaching and support to help trainers meet and exceed personal KPIs. Regularly monitor KPI metrics related to sales, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, setting an example for your team.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment where every client feels valued.
- Professionalism
- Lead by example, embodying professionalism, integrity, and dedication in all you do.
- Ensure that company policies and ethical standards are upheld consistently among personal trainers.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment, reflecting a commitment to clients' well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a related field(ex: Kinesiology, Sports Management, Health & Fitness) is preferred.
- Certification as a Personal Trainer or equivalent fitness certification is required.
- Proven experience in personal training, sales, and management is essential.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills are a must.
- You should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. In-depth knowledge of fitness equipment, nutrition, and exercise physiology is expected.
- Above all, you should be dedicated to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
