**The Prep Cook**
**Responsibilities** **Job Requirements**
- Complete prep lists to ensure enough product is Previous experience handling or cooking food available for service is an asset
- Prepare and portion all items promptly, Excellent organizational skills

- Keep the work area, utensils and production Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Re-stock any low items during shift and weekends

- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety
