We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our growing team and provide exceptional lash services that enhance the natural beauty of our guests.

**Position Overview**:
As a Lash Technician at Bella Vida Head Spa, you will be responsible for providing top-tier eyelash extension services, including full sets, fills, lash lifts, and tinting. You will help guests achieve their desired look while ensuring the health and safety of their natural lashes. We are looking for an individual who is not only skilled but also passionate about the art of eyelash extensions and dedicated to delivering an extraordinary guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform professional eyelash extension services, including classic, volume, hybrid, and other lash techniques.
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their lash goals, preferences, and any sensitivities.
- Maintain the health and safety of guests’ natural lashes by providing proper aftercare advice and tips.
- Offer lash lifts, tinting, and other lash enhancement services as requested.
- Keep a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in accordance with spa policies and health regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest lash trends, techniques, and products to continually offer innovative services.
- Build strong relationships with guests by providing personalized services and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of lash-related supplies and products. (please let management know if something is missing or almost out of stock)
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure follow-up care, including scheduling future appointments. (scheduling is done by the host - please communicate to the host when to schedule guests future appointments.)
- Collaborate with the Bella Vida team to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Lash Technician with a portfolio showcasing different lash styles and techniques.
- Strong eye for detail and an understanding of facial anatomy and natural lash health.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work within appointment timeframes.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication skills to advise guests on lash care and aftercare.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
