Farmers Market

**Role Description**:
Reporting to the Market Manager, market staff are our greatest brand ambassadors and play a key role in our business. They are exceptional at creating outstanding customer experiences and creating a sense of community by developing authentic relationships with our customers. Our market staff are thoughtful, hardworking, caring and trustworthy people.
- **Role Responsibilities**:

- Create intentional customer experiences and build authentic customer relationships
- Adhere to all company training, operational standards and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and coaching
- Demonstrate a high level of fruit and vegetable knowledge
- Support with completing all opening/closing and daily tasks, as assigned.
- **Work Hours**:

- This position is a seasonal contract for the summer farmers market season.
- There is potential to work this position again for future summer seasons.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

All farmers market staff are welcome to wear a facemask if they prefer and are required to wash/sanitaize their hands at regular intervals.
