**Arcera** is a thriving Sales & Marketing company based in North York. We are currently seeking _Sales Representatives_ with outgoing personalities who have strong communication skills to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with excellent _Customer Service_, as our clients mean a great deal to us, and we strive to excel in building, and strengthening our current relationships.
- Has strong communication skills and is consistently eager to learn new skills
- Has the ability to build strong relationships with customers & discuss product benefits with potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
- Cross-sell products, when appropriate
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legally able to work in Canada
