To better assist our clients and help further with our operational efficiency, we are seeking a Financial Manager to join our team of RE/MAX Masters Realty located in West Vancouver.

1. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, lay down the compliance rules, set up the financial database with transaction records and ensure that the data is available.

2. Assess and approve all invoices to be paid, look into ageing accounts, oversee accounts payable and receivable and manage.

3. Direct preparation of annual budgets, conduct budget control and cost review and manage the company’s finances in accordance with the corporate guidelines.

4. Responsible for income tax preparation and auditors who prepare internal audits of the company.

5. Negotiate lines of credit and vendor agreements and review all financial contracts.

6. Participate in reviewing business models for major revenue streams, and identifying and reporting key performance indicators.

7. Involve in ad-hoc analysis to provide insight into the business’s financial performance.

8. Provide accurate and comprehensive financial information to executive management and head office for long-term financial strategy.

9. Present crucial financial data to executive management and head office, coordinate all financial planning, analysis functions and budget review with business operations.

10. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff regularly.

**Qualifications & Skills**

1. A minimum bachelor’s degree is required.

2. At least three years of related experience in management level financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and cost review.

3. Self-starter, highly motivated, detail-oriented and relentless in pursuit of process improvement.

4. Demonstrate exceptional service to both internal and external personnel.

5. Able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Term of Employment:
Permanent, Full-Time, 30 hours per week

Wage:
$56~62/hour

Vacation:
10 days paid vacation per year
