This individual will be responsible for accounting for various clients and conducting

other tasks related to office administration. They should be excellent at recording data

and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Entering data in accounting software, including preparation of adjusting journal entries,, preparation of schedules and working papers, income tax accruals and reconciliation of related company accounts.
- Perform bank and other reconciliations on monthly basis
- Prepare Financial Statement and related working papers for various clients.
- Enter payroll data and ensure timely processing of payroll
- Assistance in Tax working schedules
- Administrative work

**Qualifications**:

- College/University diploma or degree in accounting or related field
- 0-3 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience dealing in multi-client

environment is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks online and Caseware.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties and can handle pressure
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Able to meet deadline and able to produce high quality work consistently

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON L5S 1V9 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5S 1V9: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
