We are seeking a friendly, responsible and organized Optician/ Optometry Office Assistant to join our modern optometry office.

**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Manage office supplies, inventory and place orders when needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Assist patients with frame selection
- Glasses adjustment
- Contact Lens Orders

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Out)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Skills**:

- Sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of optical and eyecare products
- Experience in optical services is preferred

Pay: $17.40-$28.00 per hour
