At **Bravo Target Safety**, our priority is to get all workers home safely every day. It is our duty to conduct all operations in a safe and professional manner with accountability to our employees, clients, and other stakeholders. We provide safety coordination, project planning and trained safety personnel for turn-around, construction, drilling and day-to-day field operations.

Reporting to the Project Accounting Manager, **Bravo Target Safety** is looking for an On-Site Project Administrator based out of our Leduc office. This is a contract position to support the company’s project administration and invoicing needs, with an estimated end date of June 2024.

**Job Duties**:

- Overall site support for Project Management
- Accurate and timely invoicing of routine day-to-day work and large-scale projects
- Preparation, review, and invoicing of project LEMS and daily field tickets
- Review and approval of employee timecards
- Tracking total billings against customer purchase orders
- Manage vendor purchase order creation and tracking to accurately account for third-party contract and vendor costs.
- Monitoring of manpower schedules against project plan, contacting project rosters and deploying employees
- Manage employee/subcontractor related documentation.
- Accurate transacting of various revenue and cost items, in addition to keeping track of budgets and project expenditures
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Must travel and stay on-site, either in a camp or hotel, for extended periods of time for the duration of the project
- Post secondary certificate and/or degree in an Office Administration, Business, or relevant field of is an asset
- Background in accounting or finance is required
- Overtime and weekends required based on project schedule.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with solid organizational, written, time management, and communication skills.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- finance: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
