The College of New Caledonia requires a full-time, sessional instructor to teach in our Trades Discovery - Pipe Trades program.

Skills & Qualifications
- Red Seal Steamfitter/Pipefitter/Plumber Certification preferred
- 5 years’ experience in the Pipe Trades industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and problem solve with the objective of meeting student and teaching needs
- Ability to work independently, being proactive in identifying needs and tasks, organizing and coordinating several activities and working with competing priorities
- Must possess interpersonal skills suitable for effective interaction with other College departments, faculty, staff, students, outside agencies, suppliers, etc.
- Provincial (BC) Instructor Diploma would be considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with First Nations students and communities will be considered an asset
- You will promote a positive work atmosphere and communicate in a professional manner that demonstrates mutual respect with students and colleagues
- You will be part of a team actively engaged in contributing to and accomplishing the vision, mission, and goals of the College and in supporting the aspirations and needs of our learners and communities.
