Grimsby Ford is currently looking for an **Jr. Accounting Clerk**

Reporting to the Controller you will work closely with the management team and be responsible for:

- Preparing & Balancing the Daily Deposit
- Posting and paying all accounts payable (Cheques & EFT)
- Reconcile and pay VISA statement weekly
- Accounts Receivable monthly statements
- Process credit card payments for customer accounts
- Follow up all over due invoices
- Maintaining and updating excel spreadsheets
- Daily filing
- Posting weekly manufacturer incentive payments
- Daily and monthly reconciliations

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience with Excel is a must
- Experience with Automotive dealership accounting and CDK an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be reliable, organized and have attention to detail

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm daily, possibility of full time in the future

Additional hours may be required at peak times (i.e., month end)
