**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the **Inventory and Procurement Coordinator **is a key member of the Aquatech Inventory Management Team, who will be working with and directly supporting the Inventory Manager. You will assist the Manager in the control, administration and coordination of Inventory Procurement, related to both sale and distribution, as well as rental of Aquatech's equipment lines. You will be providing superior customer service and organization to both internal team members as well as external clients/vendors in an efficient and timely manner. **This is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.**

**Must have Inventory Control and Purchasing experience. Knowledge of rental/sales management software is preferred - TEXADA, RENTALMAN (WYNNE SYSTEMS), SALESFORCE.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary focus is to ensure the Rental Management System is up to date on all pricing and stock requirements.
- Ensure pricing and margin computation are in accordance with Aquatech’s pricing structure for both rental fleet as well as sale items.
- Stock Analysis and demand planning
- Planning and executing the procurement and transport of inventory
- Manage cross-border freight coordination and documentation.
- Provide support and assistance to the Inventory Manager and Operations Team (s) on a day-to-day basis with Purchase Orders (prepare, receive, and close) for capital, sale, and stock purchases in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and receive purchase orders for Rental Corporate Fleet; organize documentation and file original documentation.
- Coordinate branch-to-branch inventory transfer documents.
- Provide assistance by obtaining quotes from vendors for all stock purchases.
- Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Prepare reports for the Inventory Manager on a daily and weekly basis (reservation reports; red tag reports; open Purchase Order/Work Order reports; Min/Max reports; Utilization reports, etc. ).
- Review reports and communicate variances and discrepancies.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide other administrative support as required

**Qualifications and Required Experience**
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of International shipping documentation
- Attention to detail - Strong organizational and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
- 3 to 5 years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with an ability to understand processes and procedures a must
- Knowledge of sales and rental services an asset
- Inventory management is an asset
