**About the role**

As our IT Coordinator, you will work independently to maintain our information technology systems and networks. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems. You’ll be our go-to person for facilitating the interaction between end users and higher-level support. You’ll promptly troubleshoot user issues and/or questions and work with the team to ensure existing systems are continuously being developed for user improvements and enhancements. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team will allow you to design your path to success.

The IT Coordinator is an integral part of our organization that is responsible for the technical support for users across our organization.

This is a temporary position for a parental leave cover, which may lead to a permanent role.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for organization (windows 10/11, iOS/Android, Chromebooks, and OSX) including servers, laptops, printers, landline phones, iPads/mobile phones, and workstations
- Setting up new sites with internet and other services and upgrading existing sites as needed
- Computer hardware procurement and replacement including reviewing new technology to roll out
- Adding/changing company Internet and cell phone plans
- Reviewing invoices from IT contractors and payment approval
- Work with management to update disaster recovery and policy documentation relating to IT systems
- Deploying and maintaining company 3CX phone system
- Deploy and maintain hosted accounting system, check backups periodically
- Work with managers to improve their tech setup and hardware at new and existing programs
- Expense tracking for all IT purchases

**You will have**
- Certification in a technical support program
- Undergraduate program in computer-related field preferred, BSc or BA degree in information technology or computer science.
- 2-3+ years experience in an IT coordinator service role
- Experience with ticketing systems and maintaining clear and concise documentation
- Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and providing solutions within the IT role
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- A customer service approach to everything you do
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve quickly
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Criminal record clearance for children and vulnerable adults
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status. As per current Public Health Orders as of October 26, 2021, all employees working for PCCR must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
