Heidelberg Materials is seeking a responsible, safe, and dependable **Truck Driver** to join our local team. As a Haul Truck Driver you are responsible for the safe and efficient of a haul truck at our mine in Cadomin, Alberta.

**What You'll Get To Do**
- Operate the haul truck to transport rock products in a mine
- Utilize equipment in a manner to maximize productivity and minimize wear and down time
- Train to operate other mobile plant equipment as needed (ie. Water Truck, Loader)
- Work in all areas of the mine as needed
- Report mechanical or maintenance issues with equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures; perform daily equipment inspections, as well as identify and assist in correcting unsafe conditions

**What We Are Looking For**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2 years prior haul truck (or other large mobile equipment) experience preferred
- Previous experience in open pit mining operations and aggregate products is an asset
- Haul Truck/ Heavy equipment certification is an asset
- Desire to develop new skills
- Ability to work alternate shifts, extended hours and holidays as required
- Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions
