WARRANTY TECHNICIAN
Reporting to the Warranty Foreman, the Warranty Technician will:

- Complete deficiencies as assigned by the warranty inspector and scheduled by the warranty coordinator
- Ensure all repairs meet the Tarion Construction Performance Guideline requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners
- Complete assigned work in a timely manner and submit paperwork following every appointment
- Ensure the warrant coordinator is the point of contact for all homeowner enquiries.
- Maintain adequate levels of on-site material
- Follow best practices relating to health and safety to avoid workplace injury
- Maintain a tidy appearance
- Assist the construction team as requested by the warranty foreman
- Additional tasks may be assigned

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Finishing carpentry experience
- Experience in residential/commercial construction, renovations or repairs.
- Demonstrated skills in a variety of functions; including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting,.
- Understanding of various tools and equipment required to perform the functions of this role.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a positive manner
- Punctual, reliable, with an excellent work ethic is paramount.
