**JOB TITLE**:Customer Operations Associate

You'll play a pivotal role in growing our business from day 1 and you'll be able to continuously share your ideas with us. What's more? **What You'll Do**
- Execute orders special attention to detail for quality, speed, fill, communication and price to provide the best customer experience possible
- Execute cost engineering strategies and order processes to maximize order profitability and order success
- Execute logistics optimization strategies (order combination strategy and transporter price negotiations) to maximize transport profitability
- Execute best-in-class customer and wholesale nursery supplier communication, including crisis management
- Execute all order-support activities including ticket servicing, collaborating with QA interns, getting NTO information, and managing COD supplier payments
- Estimate jobs with mínimal errors and optimal profits
- Estimate quotes accurately, and optimally

**What You'll Need**
- Operations & purchasing experience
- Customer management focus and ability to solve problems quickly
- Worked in estimation (a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Proven track record in surpassing targets
- Bachelor's degree in operations or a related field
- Written and spoken proficiency in English and French
- Experience working in horticulture (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Willingness to help out team members
