Our Spruce View Liquor Store is looking for a part-time Liquor Supervisor to join our team.

**Part-time**:24 - 36 hours/week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

**Availability requirements**:Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service,
- Schedule staff, supervise, and assist with training,
- Oversee and handle sales transactions, daily cash-ups, price look up’s, promotions, etc.,
- Assist the manager in the organization, direction, and coordination of the department to achieve budgeted goals,
- Process accurate paperwork in a timely manner,
- Ensure a safe work and shopping environment,
- Inventory management; training for ordering will be provided,
- Some administrative duties,
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid ProServe certification,
- Retail liquor experience,
- Some knowledge on merchandising such as building effective displays,
- Exceptional customer service skills,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment,
- Good delegation skills with a focus on customer service,
- Organizational and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changes,
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consecutively as there will be off loading of pallets.
