**KP Cleaning Group focuses solely on servicing residential strata clients. We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team.**

**Job Duties**:

- Keep the Strata building common areas clean and tidy.
- Clean common areas in the building, such as; lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, amenity rooms, lounges, etc., as well as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
- Provide access to contractors/ vendors as required and directed by Property/Strata/Building Manager
- Monitor building conditions and security (review security cameras as requested by property management)

Job Requirements:

- Availability to work 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday. This is for a total of 40 hours a week.
- Start time is anywhere from 8am to 9am
- Prior experience as a building caretaker mandatory.
- Able to communicate effectively and perform work duties independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
