**Job Overview**:
**2 Full Time Dispatchers required and 2 Full time Dispatch CoOrdinators required**

**1Part Time Dispatch CoOrdinator for Weekends only. 12hr shift each day Sat & Sunday**
We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Dispatchers and Dispatch CoOrdinators to join our team.

Dispatchers must have existing Solid Customer base and bring some accounts to be considered as a dispatcher. Must know all duties of dispatchers such as Lane planning to Spot market quotes as well as allign trucks based on current market lanes.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dispatch department and ensuring the efficient coordination of shipments and deliveries. If you have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a background in supply chain management, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise a team of dispatchers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of drivers for pickups and deliveries
- Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including driver logs, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping/receiving and supply chain, to streamline operations
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize routing and maximize efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for dispatchers and provide constructive feedback for improvement

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in dispatch management or a similar role within the transportation industry
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Proficient in data entry and typing skills
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with SyteLine, AS400, or other related software systems is preferred
- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $33,100.00-$92,259.30 per year

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
