LodgeLink is recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator based in Calgary, AB (hybrid remote/onsite). The marketing leadership team is seeking a driven and resourceful communicator to support brand building, customer acquisition and retention, employee engagement, and overall marketing and communications for our company.

This is an opportunity to work with multiple leaders and peers and contribute to all aspects of marketing and communications in a diverse, dynamic, and growing team. This role is critical to the success and growth of our company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Content Creation
- Creates and maintains educational videos to assist our customers including script development, demo, and voice over
- Content creation as required for intranet, web, social, events, and other purposes
- Intranet: writes content, makes edits, and develops new intranet pages. Assists with content promotion and reporting
- Social media: supports content development including researching competitors and content ideas for all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc) and manages social media in a backup capacity including publishing and reporting
- Graphic design: resizes graphics for multiple channels (ie. for use in advertising campaigns)
- Presentations: helps create presentations used for sales and/or internal purposes

Event Coordination
- Assists with event planning, onsite activation, event feedback and reporting (employee town halls, appreciation events, community investment, etc)
- Coordinates smaller employee engagement events, invites, promotion, and onsite activation
- Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists

Administration
- Coordinates welcome packages for new LodgeLinkers
- Researches and sets up new vendors and manages vendor contact list
- Manages marketing credit card expenses by compiling, coding, and submitting invoices for approval through Concur system
- Organizes and maintains an inventory of company-branded promotional materials (swag) and coordinates holiday gifting
- Conducts research and compiles results for the marketing team (ie. competitor research)
- Organizes digital media asset library
- Supports team with a variety of projects

**Requirements**:

- A relevant post-secondary education, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar experience
- 0-3 years' experience
- Proactive, resourceful individual that works independently and collaboratively to take projects from start to finish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understands positioning, key messages, and the communications planning process
- Comfortable with technology and can pick up new platforms and systems quickly
- Strong project management skills. An organized and detail orientated multi-tasker
- Thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment and focused on customer success
- An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for building a company into a reputable brand

Assets
- Experience in a B2B software, technology, or workforce travel company an asset
- Being familiar with product launch strategy is an asset
- Experience developing graphics is an asset
