Rowdy's Indian Restaurant & Bar is looking for a **Servers** to join our team at **Cambridge, ON.**

As an Experienced Server at Rowdy's, you will be a key member of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering top-notch service to our valued patrons. Your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing menu recommendations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server in a restaurant or bar setting
- Smart Serve certification is required
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and beverages (training will be provided)
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable in your jurisdiction)
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns
- Upsell additional items and encourage customers to try new dishes or drinks
- Handle bill payments and process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area and dining space
- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.14 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
