Account Manager

**Summary of the role**
Account Manager, Cruise Ships will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating renovation projects with cruise ship customers. This person will ensure the smooth running of work from start to finish of projects, acting as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships with them, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
**Responsibilities**:
- Project management and coordination:_
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project progress, including finance, technical services and the installation team.
- Work closely with the Product Integration Manager to provide technical leadership.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and cruise ship customers.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Customer Relationship Management:_
- Act as the primary resource for cruise ship customers, anticipating their needs and proactively responding to any questions or concerns.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert services and recommendations to achieve their refurbishment project goals.
- Communication with internal teams:_
- Work closely with technical services team to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Promote clear communication and coordination with the technical services team.
- Ensure good communication with management team and set realistic expectations.
**Skills required**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in account management, customer relationship management, large commercial project management or similar experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, post-graduate diploma in project management or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the cruise ship, construction or renovation sector.
- Knowledge of technical details related to production and renovation projects.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including international travel.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.

- Good command of project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
