**Job Description**:
Jacknife Oilfield is seeking a **Field Supervisor** to join our growing team. The Field Supervisor will spend time on various client sites in the Bonnyville area, ensuring the fleet is operating at optimal levels and meeting client requirements. This role will be an efficient and reliable leader on the ground. You will be the first point of contact when assistance is required in the field.

**Who you are?**
- Reporting to management the status of field operations; you are proactive
- You will hop in a truck as required; you get the job done, even if you have to do it.
- Training and signing operators off on procedures is important; you feel confident to do so.
- Responding to HSE issues and ensuring HSE compliance; procedures are meant to be followed and you are a great guide
- Provide clients courteous, efficient service; you understand their time is valuable.
- Trucking is a 24hr business, when you are on shift the phone stays with you, when the phone rings
- you go.
- You like to travel
- we are in multiple provinces and provide support all over.
- Completing worksite observations, interacting with drivers, documentation and repair follow ups; you can easily adapt to different communication styles and personalities.
- You are mechanically inclined and think on your feet to solve problems.

**Qualifications**:

- Class 1 Driver's License
- Acceptable drivers abstract
- Fluid hauling experience
- Knowledge of incident reporting, TDG requirements and AB transportation rules
