Arch Enterprises is currently recruiting a Community Disability Services Practitioner (CDSP) for a permanent position.

Position Overview: Arch Enterprises is seeking an individual experienced in providing client supervision, support, and training that targets individual goal achievement while promoting the concept of community capacity. Find and develop volunteer/employment, recreational and other social interaction opportunities for individuals, in order to create a wider range of options and natural supports within the community. Be a social, recreational and/or employment role model and coach to help the individual participate and contribute effectively within the community and/or in an employment or volunteer setting.

Position Requirements:

- Documentation and planning related to clients on caseload
- Program design, development and implementation
- Supporting clients on volunteer or employment sites
- Taking clients out into the community for recreational activities
- Record keeping and maintenance of agency file standards
- Working in a team based environment

Qualifications:

- Post Secondary education is required. A two-year diploma in Disability Studies or equivalent.
- Drivers license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: Negotiable based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.75 per hour
