**Client Retention Manager**.

We are on a mission to level the playing field for small businesses with our all-in-one POS and payment processing software. It’s called the
**SMART Small Business System**. Our clients are thrilled to get rid of their tech headaches. The price is affordable, and the system so seamless.

There is nothing average about our company or our team as we push ourselves to break down barriers one after the other. Your talents are in relationship building with clients and teams, recognizing opportunities for improving the client experience, and retaining and growing accounts. Ensuring client happiness, you excel at understanding and resolving challenges, strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and expanding relationships.

If this sounds like you, and you have experience in similar types of client retention industries like banking, insurance and telecommunications - we want to meet you.

This new position reports to our VP Operations and is in-person at our office in Ottawa or Vaughan.
