Visionpool Business Services is hiring an Adoption Specialist who will support an existing adoption team and will primarily be focused on driving the adoption of transformational and strategic initiatives to execute against the technology roadmap and other identified IT priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine organizational knowledge gaps to formulate effective training solutions that address company-wide and department-specific needs.
- Foster communities around the utilization of technology, including the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Produce micro training content, technology tips, and news articles.
- Partner with department leadership to develop department-specific programs to assist with technology adoption.
- Produce training schedules and classroom agendas as required.
- Determine course content and prepare training material (videos, presentations, worksheets, etc.)
- Execute individual and group training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc.
- Conduct on-site training when needed.
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs and adoption efforts.
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements where required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as an IT Technical Trainer.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting adoption efforts on large technology projects (including projects applied to the overall Microsoft 365 suite of products).
- The ability to lead assessments with end-users and IT contacts with a special focus on collaboration, governance, productivity, wellbeing and engagement.
- A proven track record in working with customers to understand how they use technology to support the business and our customers.
- Expertise working in a strategic fashion to assess, envision, help plan, design and oversee implementation of adoption programming.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating technical documentation for the purposes of training a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated expertise in industry-available media and education delivery processes (e.g., computer-based training, web-based training, etc.) and modern educational techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of designing technical course material.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Some travel may be required.

**Assets**:

- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Professional certification in training such as Certified Technical Trainer is an advantage.
