Augmenter la rentabilité et atténuer les pertes, qu’elles soient financières ou matérielles.
Ce que vous ferez...
1. Assurer la sécurité de la succursale en effectuant des tournées quotidiennes des installations, en vérifiant que les portes et les vitrines sont sécuritaires et qu’elles fonctionnent bien. 2. Effectuer des arrestations externes au besoin. 3. Enquêter sur les cas de pertes financières et matérielles et communiquer les résultats de ces enquêtes à la direction de la succursale. En cas de dossier lié au fonctionnement interne de la succursale, communiquez avec le gérant du marché à la prévention des pertes en premier. 4. Superviser les procédures d’évacuation de la succursale en cas d’incendie ou d’autres situations d’urgence. 5. Participer aux tâches de l’équipe en succursale, au besoin. 6. Mener ou superviser des enquêtes, comme attribuées, qui comprennent, mais ne se limitent pas à : des cas de vol ou de malhonnêteté internes, de questions relatives au vol à l’étalage externe organisé et des dossiers attribués par l’éthique globale de Walmart Canada, et ce, de manière rapide et exhaustive ainsi que conformément aux directives de Walmart Canada. 7. Communiquer des renseignements provenant de différentes sources et clarifier les problèmes de façon efficace pour les autres, en présentant souvent différentes perspectives. 8. D’autres responsabilités pourraient s’ajouter à ce poste selon l’augmentation des besoins et des exigences de la Compagnie.
