- Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives
- Utilize fundraising software
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling marketing materials and donor communications
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising efforts

- Proven experience in fundraising or sales, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Strong research and market analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems

Note: This job description is not intended to be per hour. It's 100% commission rates where every dollar earned you get 20%

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
