Our Brampton Terminal is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team. The purpose of a Warehouse Supervisor position at Speedy Transport Group Inc. is to load and/or unload customer’s freight in a productive, safe, error-free, and time-sensitive manner. The Supervisor will ensure that freight is appropriately moved with proper bill control and all supporting documentation. The Supervisor is expected to play a lead role in overseeing warehouse operations as delegated by the Operations Manager and must be flexible and willing to mentor junior staff.

**Hours**: Afternoon Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:00PM - 11:30PM

**Position** **Responsibilities**:

- Reports directly to the Operations Manager.
- Delegate and oversee Dockhands and General Labour Staff.
- Oversee the fulfillment of US Southbound Partner Carrier Loads.
- Understand and work with Customs processes and procedures.
- Identify OS&D freight.
- Complete necessary documentation with care and precision.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out housekeeping duties as assigned.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor is **preferred**.
- Previous experience in transportation logistics is **preferred**.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Forklift experience is an **asset**.
- Ability to work in a high volume and time sensitive environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- LTL Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
