**Your Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager of Nutrition Services, South Zone, the Dietitian I is responsible for nutrition assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nutrition care plans for adults and pediatric outpatients including pediatric feeding difficulties, pediatric weight management and pediatric and adult eating disorders. This position is based out of the Melcor Centre in Lethbridge. The Dietitian I is also responsible for providing nutrition care plans for long term care residents in Coaldale one day a week. The Dietitian I will facilitate group nutrition sessions, using nutrition counselling for behaviour change as appropriate to achieve nutrition and health outcomes.

**Description**:
As a Dietitian I, you may provide nutrition expertise to patients (clients, residents) in various AHS facilities and community settings to achieve nutrition and health outcomes. You may be responsible for nutrition assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nutrition care plans. You may plan and provide public health nutrition services and education programs to promote healthy living and disease prevention for clients/groups in facilities or community settings. Nutrition education is provided to students and other healthcare professionals to support delivery of evidence based nutrition information.

**Required Qualifications**:
