We’re looking for a Manufacturing General Laborer to join our team. This role is critical to our ability to meet production requirements. If you are detailed oriented with a strong work ethic, we are interested in speaking with you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the manufacturing/production of sunrooms and other seasonal products
- Assist in the set-up and organization of material locations
- Receive and follow directions from other personnel regarding assistance with operations
- Inspect product & material to ensure compliance with tolerance/quality standards
- Operation of required tools and measuring instruments - tape measure, and other hand/power tools i.e. saws, drills
- Meet daily targets and goals to ensure production requirements are met within the department
- Maintain work area(s)
- Work as a team in a designated department
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures ensuring a safe working environment

**Additional Requirements**:

- A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in a production/manufacturing/warehouse environment in an asset
- Experience using hand and Power Tools is an asset

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
**Physical Effort**: Standing most of the day, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 50lbs.
**Physical Environment**: Environment has only occasional exposure to mild unpleasant or disagreeable conditions with remote possibility of accident or health hazards.
**Sensory Attention**: Work activities involve need to concentrate for intermediate durations and close attention several times daily.
**Mental Stress**: Fast-paced work environment with occasional exposure to one or more mental pressures (e.g. production deadlines, needs for accuracy).
