**Vue d'ensemble du poste**
Aider le directeur du magasin à atteindre ses objectifs de vente, à gérer les opérations du magasin et à offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Le directeur adjoint du magasin aidera à diriger une équipe de détenteurs clés et d'associés aux ventes afin d'assurer une expérience d'achat positive pour les clients et de stimuler la performance globale du magasin.

- Aider à l'exécution des stratégies de vente pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus et maximiser la rentabilité.

- Aider à stimuler les ventes grâce à un merchandising efficace, au placement de produits et à des stratégies promotionnelles.
- Optimiser les horaires des magasins pour atteindre le budget et les objectifs de SPH ; aider activement à surveiller le calendrier en réponse aux tendances de l'entreprise et contrôler les dépenses salariales.

- Soutenir le respect et la compréhension de toutes les procédures de traitement des stocks, en assurant l'exécution rapide des consolidations, des rappels, des démarques et de la réception des envois.
- Aidez à maintenir un inventaire précis des magasins en suivant les mouvements, en traitant les dommages, en gérant les discordants et en enquêtant sur les dénombrements négatifs en main.
- Soutien à la préparation et à l'exécution des procédures d'inventaire des magasins.
- **_ Prévention des pertes et sécurité :_**
- Suivez toutes les politiques et procédures d'exploitation et de gestion de la trésorerie pour protéger les actifs du magasin et minimiser les pertes, y compris une bonne administration.

- Suivez toutes les normes de santé et de sécurité pour maintenir un environnement de travail sûr pour tout le personnel et les clients, y compris la soumission de rapports d'incident au besoin.

- Faciliter une communication efficace entre le directeur du magasin et les membres de l'équipe, en veillant à ce que tout le monde soit informé des objectifs, des politiques et des procédures du magasin.
