Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, owner relations and tenant relations.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of property information.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Oversee office operations, including managing administrative tasks and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Oversee turnovers, repairs and renovations.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Utilize a our internal Property Management Portal to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to property management.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices is a plus.
- Commuting to properties using your own personal vehicle is required.
