We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire installations, repairs, and maintenance for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various hand and power tools.

- Install and balance tires on customer vehicles
- Perform tire repairs, including patching and plugging
- Rotate tires to ensure even wear
- Inspect tires for damage or wear and recommend replacements as needed
- Assist with other automotive repair tasks as needed

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand tools
- Ability to lift heavy tires and perform physical tasks requiring strength
- Familiarity with power tools used in tire installation and repair
- Basic sales skills to assist customers in selecting appropriate tires
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
- **Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is a plus**
- Excellent customer service skills to provide friendly and helpful assistance
