**What You'll Do**:

- Forge and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates.
- Attend industry events to network and recruit top-tier affiliates.
- Collaborate with our team to enhance affiliate strategies and optimize performance.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective affiliate management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- No prior experience required, but 1-2 years would be ideal.
- Fluency in English is mandatory and/or Dutch or Chinese is a serious asset.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for performance marketing.
