We are looking for team players, who are able to stay focused on what's best for the clients and company.

The Client Service Attendants are responsible for providing clients with a relaxing, stress-free Studio experience from beginning to end. Depending on the number of client appointments daily, the position might be required to perform other kind of duties. These can include organizing inventory, paperwork, running errands, etc.

**Part-time position required immediately. Shifts are schedule throughout the week, days, evenings. Saturday and Sunday availability is REQUIRED. Shift start as early as 8 am and can finish as late as 11 :30pm. This position will be mainly closing shifts.**

**A typical shift will have two staff working, one at the front greeting customers, verifying appointments, going over forms, taking bookings, etc., while the other staff are prepping the rooms between clients, this included cleaning and disinfecting, as well as laundry, keeping the washroom clean/disinfected, etc. All staff trade back and forth between the two positions.**

**Paid parking only available.**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Have a strong understanding of Floatation therapy, as well as our other services, including float room procedures and the benefits of floating,
- Scheduling client services while implementing proper procedures
- Greeting clients and providing guidance while the client is at the studio
- Educating clients on services
- Daily water maintenance testing, tracking & resolving any issues.
- Closing sales and encourage clients to pre-book services
- Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette
- Confirming appointments
- Handle equipment and tools under guidelines of Studio instructions
- Maintain Studio premises are neat, clean and in a good working environment
- Establish and maintain good relationships with Studio staff and clients
- Ensure client's safety, comfort and well-being
- Cleaning duties such as cleaning the washroom and float rooms, doing laundry and folding as needed.
- From time to time this description may involve other duties as required by the managers and/or owners.
