Qc/weld Inspector

Cambridge, Canada Trade-Mark Industrial Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform dimensional inspections, machining inspections and weld inspections
- Complete LPI and Air leak tests on various projects.
- Complete quality documentation as required
- Work with team members to troubleshoot errors throughout build
- Conduct source inspections & in-house inspections on critical jobs as required
- Assist with CWB weld test prep and completion.
- Accumulate non-conformance information in a timely manner to produce monthly reports and assist in the implementation of remedial actions and timely closure of Defect Notice

**Qualifications**:

- Read both metric and imperial dimensions.
- CWB/AWC/ASME Level 1 Inspector Certification an asset
- Quality related courses/certificates
- Climb ladders and operate skyjack to complete fabrication inspections
- Blueprint Reading.
- Strong knowledge in both structural and plate fabrication work

Knowledge of Excel/Visual/Access/Word/Autocad/Solidworks
