**Project Leader, Clinical Operations**
***role in the Digital Health Portfolio. You will be part of a coordinated team with the chance to create a real difference

**Build on your education and career experience as you**:

- Lead, plan, develop, implement/evaluate new or redesigned clinical services/programs to support care improvement priorities while ensuring alignment with operational requirements and provincial mandates.
- Coordinate project development by assessing and identifying clinical and user needs in consultation with the program managers and clinical experts.
- Incorporate current evidence-based clinical practice with change and/or project management methodologies in the new or redesign of existing clinical programs to transform service delivery, culture and system structure.
- Establish project charter, plan and objectives to outline operational improvement timelines and results; execute project methodologies to ensure completion / coordination of initiatives.
- Facilitate consensus with partners and manage project resources including project budgets and expenditures; identifies, negotiates and/or resolves issues to ensure new/redesigned clinical programs are ready for implementation.

**We will be looking for you to have the following**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
- Seven (7) years’ recent related clinical experience in a nursing and/or allied health care field in a community health care environment.
- Five (5) years’ experience in leading program development or quality improvement initiatives/projects.
- Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.

**An equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.**

This is a
**Relief**
**Full-Time** position until 31/October/2023 or return of incumbent. The position is located in
**Surrey, BC**.

Detailed Overview:
**Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families**:
The Project Planning Leader leads, plans, coordinates and implements assigned projects related to the preparation and movement of a specialized clinical program area(s); works with clinical and facilities planning teams, including other project leaders and stakeholders, to develop transition, integration and implementation strategies that will achieve optimal outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides coordination and project management within a change management and clinical service context and functions as a strategic resource for the management team to ensure that an optimal structure, design and implementation of the change(s) is/are in place to achieve desired outcomes and benefits; coordinates and aligns program and service delivery activities among the assigned clinical areas to avoid duplication.
- Coordinates the functional programming and design phase of project development by assessing and identifying clinical and user needs in consultation with the program managers and clinical experts; coordinates the review of clinical needs, products and systems ensuring that there are detailed specifications of products/systems/structure; supports clinical decision making
