As an Integrations Technician at Coastal Entrance Solutions, you will be responsible for the installation and integration of technology systems on construction sites and in existing buildings. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement, install, troubleshoot, and integrate structured cabling and premise security solutions (CCTV, alarms, access control, networking) for commercial and multi-unit residential customers. Specifics to include:

- Cable pulling/fishing.
- Hardware installation - electric strikes, door controllers, power supplies, card readers, DPS, TREX, etc.
- Network installation - UPS, fibre, ethernet crystal termination, network switch configuration and patching, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement solutions based on specific customer needs and requirements.
- Assist customers in using their equipment and provide technical service support, both remotely and on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in installing and troubleshooting CCTV, alarm systems, audio, video, networking, and access controls is required. Manufacturers include ICT, Open Options, Vanderbilt, Engage, Axis, etc.
- Knowledge of communications cabling and IP networking is considered an asset.
- Natural interest in technology and a willingness to undergo further technical training.
- Ability to work in a construction atmosphere.
- Ability to comply with all safety regulations and meet safety training requirements.

- Work Type: Full-time
- Schedule: M-F 40 hour work week model.
- Work Location: Dominantly in the HRM. Occasionally remote work in NS and Maritimes
